Our guest Michael Courey is the manager of Chase Bank’s Las Vegas Home Preservation Center.   Mr. Courey explains how the center works to help at risk homowners modify their loans and be able to keep their homes.  The center has been successful in giving homeowners a place to discuss their needs face to face with modification specialists one a one to one basis, thereby reducing the amount of time needed to get results.
